 Mehul A. Desai started in the print industry in 1997 when he founded the Regency Group in India along with partners Wesley Wood & Dharti Desai, a pioneering boutique alternative media and printing company servicing the Publication, banking, and Commercial Print industries (more details on www.rdmipl.com under management profiles). Mehul revolutionized the industry with the introduction of outsourcing print production work and remailing solutions to drop ship direct mail to the customer’s door step, a hitherto unheard of concept, thereby becoming an industry leader by implementating and combining high end technology as well as manual labour which offers MOS’ clients a great cost reduction.
Today, MOS is fast becoming the industry’s largest privately held pre-press and sheet-fed printer with sales in excess of 500 million rupees in 2005. In 2005 Mehul also succeeded in making MOS the only Indian company to be fully accredited by the ROYAL MAIL lettershopping .
He also negotiated and led a joint venture with IATA certified International Access of Canada. Mehul is Director of Marketing Capital Company India Pvt. Ltd. and Regency Direct Marketing Company India Pvt. Ltd, based in Mumbai, India. He is principally responsible for overseeing the entire India division and ensuring total management, clockwork functioning and servicing of clients in 5 countries. Since being a key player as part of the pioneering team of the company seven years ago, Mehul has been instrumental in defining the company's relationship with its clients in India and establishing a seamless bank card syndication program. Among his goals for the Group is to position the company as a world-class direct marketing organization and to provide unmatched support and service to the company's constituents, including business operations and the executive management team. A 20 year veteran of marketing, Mehul started his career as a Sales Executive at Procter & Gamble India Ltd. and rose to senior positions in companies like Modi Xerox Ltd, Real Value Appliances Ltd, and Atlaz Telecommunications Ltd. Mehul was Vice president (Sales & Marketing) with Atlaz before he came on board in 1996. Mehul's forte has been his skill to “sell a refrigerator to an Eskimo” and he uses that talent now to hone in deals, conducting training sessions with his staff & vendors. The entire Indian team of 25 very talented people has been recruited and intensively trained by Mehul over the last 8 years. Mehul has conducted various in house as well as vendor training sessions for account management, leadership through quality, and telemarketing recruitment seminars. Mehul has an in depth knowledge of the Indian marketplace and is responsible for launching “Regency Rewards”, a successful first of its kind co-op marketing program integrating targeted and one on one messages and brand building promotions for advertisers thirsty for more advertising space.
Mehul, an avid cricket fan and coach to his teenaged son, is a graduate of Mumbai University, is married and resides in Mumbai, India.
 Wesley T. Wood is President of Marketing Capital Corporation, a marketing consulting and investment company providing specialized consulting services to the direct response and specialty retailing industry in five countries. MCC also provides funding for “micro-marketing” marketers by taking an equity position in a wide range of companies such as: The Lincoln Center Library of Classical Music, Classical Music Club – USA; MBT Nursery Sales, Gardening and Horticultural Products – USA; General Merchandise Marketing to Multinational English-Speaking Residents – UK; Crager Industries, Inc. High Performance Automotive Products – USA; Intervest Bank – Commercial Bank – Florida, USA.
Currently, Mr. Wood is a member of the Executive Committee to the Board of Advisors for the Center of Direct Marketing at New York University; Trustee for St. Dominick's R.C. Church; Board Member of Intervest Corporation (Real Estate), Intervest Bank (Florida commercial Bank); and Member of the Trustees Advisory Committee at Fairfield University in Connecticut. Mr. Wood has had widespread general marketing experience in the fields of packaged goods (Ballantine Beer, la Rosa Spaghetti, Visine Eye Drops), real estate, banking, insurance, and closed-circuit sport promotions including marketing of the Boston Celtics Basketball team. He has since concentrated on Direct Response Marketing. From 1972 to 1981, he was Co-Founder and President of Candelite Music, Inc. and Candelite Collectors Society. Candelite was the largest independently-owned direct marketer of records and tapes in the United States and Canada. He was also owner and publisher of Country Music Magazine.
From 1968 to 1972, Mr. Wood served as Executive Vice President, Member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of Downe Communication, Inc. Downe published Ladies' Home Journal, Family Weekly, Sports Magazine and various other publications. The company also owned and operated radio stations and many direct marketing companies. During this time, Mr. Wood co-founded The Hamilton Mint which became the second largest private mint in the United States during the early seventies.
Mr. Wood is a graduate (Bachelor of Science - 1965) of New York University, School of Commerce. He and his wife, Mary Catherine, reside in Laurel Hollow, Long Island, New York. Mr. Wood has spoken at many prestigious direct marketing functions including the DMA annual conventions.
 Dharti Desai is president and co-founder of both Marketing Capital Company India Private Limited (MCCI), and Regency Direct Marketing India Pvt. Ltd, one a direct marketing consulting company and the other an alternative media company – both located in Mumbai, India. Ms. Desai saw the potential India had to offer much before the outsourcing boom and established a pioneering position for herself and the company in direct marketing in India and significantly heightened the company's prominence within the industry since 1996. She has been the key architect in setting the overall strategic direction of the company, patiently awakening a country to the hitherto unknown direct marketing world, sourcing key clients and vendors, working with the local nuances of the country and facilitating the integration of direct marketing consulting and bank card syndication.
Ms. Desai is also President of D. D. Worldwide Marketing Corporation, located in New York City. The company provides consulting and creative copywriting services to its clients in six countries. The company also engages in investments and joint ventures in mail order projects around the world. Its area of expertise is offer development and creative services and other forms of interactive games and techniques to increase response or customer order size. Industry segments serviced are: household products, jewelry, charity, general merchandise and financial services. Ms. Desai, fluent in English, French and Hindi also provides specialized translation services through D. D. Worldwide to multi-national direct mail companies. Ms. Desai has the ability and an innate talent of producing winning creative concepts and this has made her company a great value add to her clients' marketing/creative teams in 7 countries.
Ms. Desai is member of the Direct Marketing Ideas Exchange(DMIX) in New York, the DMA International Council and the Direct Marketing Association, USA. She has been invited as a speaker at the DMA's annual conventions.
Ms. Desai is a graduate of Wilson College, Mumbai University (India), resides in New York, but divides her time between the USA and India.
 Devang Dalal – one of the Directors at MOS is responsible for product sourcing & fulfillment. Devang is a key factor for tremendous growth & continuous sustenance in our Product Sourcing & Fulfillment vertical. Devang’s team is responsible for sourcing Art Jewellery, Stones, Esoteric products, Leather products & any novel innovations required by our International clients while ensuring adequate packaging instructions & transportation modalities are strictly adhered to. His immaculate planning skills have won us many accolades for ‘zero error’ while fulfilling clients’ orders with tedious delivery diktats across many countries. Devang started his career as a Purchase Manager with the Aditya Birla Group where he served for 6 years. Devang then decided to explore his tenacity as a Stock Broker & successfully stayed on the BSE for 7 years. He has since been with MOS and his proactive solutions have increased our business many folds & added a new dimension to the organization. A Commerce graduate from Mumbai university, Devang is married with a child and is a voracious reader & a movie buff who enjoys indulging in a challenging game of chess & table tennis.
 Rita has twelve plus years in the creative field with extensive experience in designing, photography, campaign management, creative concepts, and execution. A graduate from J J School of Arts Mumbai, Rita completed her training in digital photography under the excellent guidance of photographer Anil Gandhi in two years. Rita started her professional career while she was still completing her graduation and was completely prepared to take on the advertising world upon her graduation. Rita's career took off with Ad agencies where she had hands on experience working with some of the leading brands in the industry. Rita continued with her love for photography by handling all of the company's photography assignments. With excellent efficiency & impressive speed displayed in her work, which was always crafted to perfection & good aesthetic taste, she produced some of the best campaigns & creative those have been a credit to her portfolio.
Ever ambitious & successful, who would stop at nothing, Rita's current affiliation with Regency Group of Companies introduced her to the world of direct marketing. She quickly moved from Visualizer to Manager in her first year. Rita, a fast learner, who had never been exposed to direct mail creatives took on the challenge headlong, studied the subtle nuances of direct response creatives and today is an asset to the company and its clients in 7 countries. Rita works directly with Dharti and is able to execute any idea or concept to perfection and does not hesitate ever and confidently announces her viewpoint or stand on a particular element in a direct mail pack. Rita leads a very efficient team of budding creative talent and encourages entrepreneurial spirit with her team members.
 Harish B. K., Manager, Print Production brings more than 15 years of industry experience to his current position at one of the largest prepress, digital printing and letter shopping companies in India MOS, India . Over the course of his career, Harish has held a variety of positions in advertising, Marketing, Public Relations, new business development, technology management and business unit responsibility. Prior to MOS, Harish was in the Gulf with Reprotronics, LLC managing their Digital Printing Division and those of several other graphic arts companies.
The common thread in his diverse background is a focus on the profitable application of appropriate technology to the business of print production and combining that with the skilled manual labour available in India . As an influential technologist, he, along with CEO Mehul Desai, conducts regular in-house training sessions for his 25 technicians and keeps abreast of all industry events on the technology trends that are shaping the industry's future. Harish has majored in printing technology, is a graduate of Mumbai University and is a member of the Digital Technology Club of India.
 Bharat Deolekar, brings 12 plus years of experience in the industry with extensive experience in Packaging, Publishing, Digital Printing & various letter shopping companies in India. Bharat was in the Gulf with Elkay Printing Press, LLC managing their printing & binding division. Bharat a printing technologist by profession came on board MOS India Office in February 2005 & hasn't looked back since. Bharat heads the production team of MOS in Mumbai.
 Jayshri Gohil is an intrinsic part of MOS & as Manager & Executive Assistant she provides very high level of support to the Directors & Senior team of MOS. The complete research and administration support for a new client is handled by Jayshri. She also co-ordinates activities of various departments to ensure timely & accurate information flow within the organisation and to the clients. She also assists the Directors of the group in planning, organising, scheduling of all their work & events. Her hard work, sincerity and dedication have come to become a force majeur in the group and she continues to provide leadership and guidance to new recruits and other team members.
 Vaishali Chavan, Manager – Data Management is responsible for all the in-house Data Processing as well as Clinical Data Management. She joined MOS in 1999 as a Receptionist cum Secretary. Her dedication, sincerity and a very good knowledge of Data Processing and Clinical Data Management leads her to current position. Her prior roles included executive and middle level management positions with pharmaceuticals. She along with her team is a great asset to MOS. Vaishali completed her education from Mumbai University and is happily married.
 Santosh Kudalkar is responsible for overseeing and driving the financial, accounting, tax and regulatory functions for MOS. Santosh has more than 10 years of financial strategy and management experience within growth oriented international organizations including publicly held companies and start-up ventures. Santosh has been with the group since 1998. His prior roles included executive and middle level management positions with multi- nationals. Santosh received his graduate degree in Accounting and financial management from Bombay University.
 Jay Binod Singh, Asst. Manager- IT Services joined MOS in 2006 & has steadily become a key software development personnel. A Microsoft Certified Programmer, Jay Binod started his career processing various software projects customised as per industry & client requirements. At MOS Jay Binod has extensively developed language & data related software & Website using C#.NET, VB.NET, SQL Server, Crystal Reports, AJAX, XML Positive & consistently proactive, Jay Binod’s contribution to MOS has evolved to an integral role in servicing international & domestic clientele. Sometimes he is the answer to our hardware related issues too. Married & a father of a beautiful 5 year old daughter, Jay Binod has keen interest in mythology & can debate endlessly over historical facts. He is not far behind in showcasing his fondness for singing & dramatics while actively participating in social events.
 Shalini Bhatia, Asst. Manager – Business Development has taken a challenging path to join the print industry & contributes over 15 years of robust client servicing experience. She has been associated with the Hospitality & Service industries & her keen sense of understanding client briefs, multitasking ability & inherent communication strengths make her an asset to our Company. Shalini is solely responsible to service one of our most important & prestigious client in addition to her exhaustive business development activities & has a good pulse to recognise potential opportunities & transform client requirements into many firsts in the Indian markets for the organisation.
 Lucile Bruel is part of the Business Development Team since March 2009. She is focused to develop the Indian market & helps direct clients from various industries to implement their loyalty programs, offer renewals & customer retention. Lucile has worked with La Poste in France handling Marketing in the International Mail Department where she was in charge of Direct Marketing solutions for the Export Market. This experience aids her to leverage assignments at MOS that require her expertise in International Mail Distribution & French Language to service International clients. Lucile has travelled to India in the past & her love for India made her explore work opportunities that led her to MOS. She has successfully converted important business ventures which showcase her inherent skills & make her an integral part of the MOS team. Lucile holds a degree in Master of Science in Management (marketing specialisation) from Euromed Marseille School of Management, France & is an avid Fine arts follower. Lucile loves Indian cooking and exploring various destinations to experience the real India.
 Elwina Crasto is the newest member of the Business Development team at MOS. A strong minded go getter & inspiring individual, Elwina joined MOS to don a completely new role in developing new clients for the Company. Elwinas’ previous work experience has been more Marketing oriented in the Financial, IT & Service industries where she was assigned crucial branding tasks to event set ups, co-ordination of marketing collaterals to developing website designs & content. Elwinas’ entire gamut of 8 years of experience with her background in Graphics & Multimedia make an indelible combination to understand customer needs with the ability to comprehend ‘thought to design to print’ flow. Her exceptional interpersonal skills & quick adaptability enable her to integrate with colleagues and customers alike. A Commerce graduate from Mumbai University, Elwina is happily married & enjoys dabbling in adventure sports & the usual social mix of movies & parties.
 Shilpa Pathak, Sales Co-ordinator is the back bone & the link between various departments & executes a highly responsible task of keeping all processes up to speed. Married with a teen aged daughter, a Commerce graduate from Mumbai University, Shilpa manages both work & home fronts with equal ease & élan. Shilpa has been exposed to an intense administration environment in BPOs in her 12 year tenure. At MOS she independently handles communication with International & Domestic clients with periodic updates as prescribed by them while using her keen level of concentration & multitasking ability to enable a smooth work flow internally along with live job statuses & inventory support. Being warm & friendly come naturally to this music lover who enjoys creative art while she successfully juggles all her roles.
